I opened AM CONSULTING in January 2018 based on my extensive leadership and mentoring experience, coupled with my understanding and enjoyment of motivating others to explore and demonstrate their best selves.

I was a senior executive with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) across the Americas and Europe for nearly 30 years. My tenure provided me a global experience and perspective – both through a business lens and from a human relations angle – which prompted me to launch my own coaching company.

My vast experience in project management and implementation, strategy design, business administration, and coaching for managers and employees has been highly developed with my extensive interaction with all levels of corporate and department employees around the world.

I draw on my expertise to provide professional support through both experience and knowledge-based coaching and mentoring to enable your company’s members to develop their personal and professional capacities and strengths.
